In July 2021, Makalu Extreme Treks Expeditions organized the first Post-COVID Indian expedition to the Top of Mount Elbrus 5642 in Russia. Elbrus, the highest Peak in Europe, is included in the 7 Summits program. Climbers who accept the challenge of the 7 Summits, in any case, must climb to the Summit of Mount Elbrus. We tried to do everything, from visa support, when our participants were still in their native India, to Summit Day, when they climbing to the Summit of Elbrus, as professionally and accurately as possible, because the success of each expedition consists of different little things. Our team included the oldest Indian woman, who has ever climbed to the top of Mount Elbrus 5642, Jyoti Ratre. Jyoti Ratre is a very smiling, sweet and sociable woman. She is a real climbing companion, very strong mentally and physically. And so, in our First Post COVID Indian expedition to Elbrus, the day of climbing to the Top came. As the organizer of this expedition, I am proud that the team climbed to the Summit of Elbrus in full. Each participant was able to fulfill his Dream.
