Spicy Shredded Chicken Tostadas - Tinga de Pollo

Today we are making a quick and easy authentic Mexican favorite! Shredded chicken with onions simmered in a thick and spicy sauce, then served on a crunchy tostada!

Ingredients:
4-5 Cups of Shredded Chicken

For the Sauce:
One Medium White Onion
5 Guajillo Peppers
4-5 Chiles de Arbol (Optional)
2 Dried Chipotle Peppers
(use canned chipotle if you can't find the dried peppers)
4 Garlic Cloves
3 Roma Tomatoes
1/4 Tsp Pepper
1/4 Tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Chicken Bouillon or Salt

Serve on Tostadas
