Italian Wedding Soup Recipe - Noreen's Kitchen

http://www.noreenskitchen.com Greetings! It's soup night again in our house and tonight I am revisiting a soup I have shared with you many months ago, Italian Wedding Soup. A favorite from my own childhood and now a favorite of my own children (an my husband, who never had this until he married me) this soup is belly filling and heart warming. It is just the ticket on a cold night, or even a cold morning. We love hot soup for breakfast!

Now, the first time I made this soup video, I was very new at this whole YouTube thing and my video was made on a really bad camera, with really bad sound and a not so good picture. I also had very few subscribers at the time. I also had used some licensed music that needs to be removed. So thank you for indulging me and watching me do this one more time.

When you make this soup, make it to suit your family's taste. Use ground beef or turkey if that is what is in your budget. Always use good chicken stock and fresh spinach if you can, although frozen spinach can always be substituted or even a handful of dehydrated spinach will be fine.
