Roasted Chicken with Pennsylvania Dutch Traditional Bread Stuffing. A Bird for any Holiday Feast!

This video is not so much about the Roasted Chicken, not to say it's not Fabulous too and my way of preparing it and cooking it unique. But rather the Pennsylvania Dutch Herbal Bread Stuffing that my family has made for over 5 Generations or more. This stuffing was always used to stuff any type of poultry from Chicken, Turkey, Duck, Goose and even Pheasant too. Always a part of our Holiday diners.
A list of Ingredients is given below and is more than enough to stuff an 15 to 20 pound Turkey too.
Bread Stuffing Ingredients
10 Cups of Fresh Bread Torn or Cut into pieces 1/4 to 1/2 inch
4 to 8 Tbsps. Butter
1 Cup finely chopped onion, I prefer Yellow Onion
1 Cup finely chopped Fresh Celery
1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
1 Tbsp. Minced Dehydrated Garlic
1 Tsp. Ground or Rubbed Sage
1 Tsp. Dried Thyme
1 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1/4 Tsp. Ground Nutmeg
1/8 Tsp. Ground Cloves
1/3 to 1 Cup Chicken Stock
1 to 2 Medium eggs
Mix all ingredients well and pack into the Bird of your Choice.
