Dehydrating Potatoes. The Way I do it for Beautiful Dried Potatoes for Long Term Storage.

I recently went out and bought another 16 lbs. of potatoes. That gave me 20 lbs. I needed to do something with and fast. Living in the Deep South, it's hard to store them without preserving them in some fashion. It's just to hot and humid and they will mold, rot and spoil. My favorite way is dehydrating them, so while I am doing it. I show you how I do it. I do understand there are other ways, there is canning and freezing too.
