蜜汁蒜香豬扒(精華教學)

蜜汁蒜香豬扒

材料:
📌豬扒 – 3塊
📌蒜蓉
📌蜜糖
📌蘋果醋 – 半碗

豬扒醃料:
📌胡椒粉
📌菇粉
📌豉油
📌糖
📌豆粉

做法:
1. 將豬扒搥打數分鐘,加入胡椒粉,菇粉,豉油,糖,豆粉,撈勻。
2. 熱鑊下油,放豬扒煎至變色,落蒜蓉。
3. 準備半碗蘋果醋,加入蜜糖。
4. 取出豬扒,鑊中放進步驟3的蘋果醋,少許豉油,大火滾至收汁,再放進豬扒煮3分鐘。
5. 豬扒上碟倒醬汁,完成。

Honey Garlic Pork Chops

Ingredients:
📌 Pork chops - 3 pieces
📌 Garlic, minced
📌 Honey
📌 Apple cider vinegar - half a cup

Pork Chop Marinade:
📌 Pepper
📌 Mushroom powder
📌 Soy sauce
📌 Sugar
📌 Cornstarch

Instructions:
1. Tenderize the pork chops by pounding them for a few minutes. Add pepper, mushroom powder, soy sauce, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pork chops until they change color. Add the minced garlic.
3. Prepare half a cup of apple cider vinegar and add honey to it.
4. Remove the pork chops from the pan. In the same pan, pour in the apple cider vinegar mixture from step 3 and add a little soy sauce. Bring to a boil over high heat until it thickens. Then add the pork chops back into the pan and cook for 3 minutes.
5. Plate the pork chops and pour the sauce over them. Done!
