DIY HIGH IMPACT/LOW COST PARTY DECORATION IDEAS: Using insulation foam board

In this video tutorial, you will see how to make large scale party decorations for very little money. The secret is insulation foam. This lightweight material can be found at the hardware store in 4' x 8' sheets for about $7 dollars. Think of it as a giant canvas that can be painted in what ever theme you'd like (In this particular tutorial, it's painted for an Under the Sea themed event). Once painted, all you have to do is cut it, and you can hang it from fishing line or display it in any number of ways. This really is a great way to make High Impact/Low Cost Party Decorations.
