One question I get often is how do you know how much of the nail to file away. The first thing you do is look Down the nail from the tip of the town and determine how thick that Toenail is, on the first visit I would never file more than half the thickness of the nail. This is a cosmetic procedure, and I am trying to improve the appearance of her toenails, and she will begin using the nail mycosis solution at home to prevent any new nail growth from having nail fungus. I want to smooth out the surface and make it uniform, so when she is wearing nail polish all for nails look at the same.
