This 10 minute full body pilates for back pain is a great all round exercise program for reducing back pain, hip pain and strengthen core and back. Perfect for when you are short on time but want to work your entire body. You don't need pilates experience to do it, and if you practice it everyday for 30 days you will see and feel a great improvement in your overall strength, tone and muscle definition. Just remember to work within your pain tolerance.
