18-Min Chair Pilates for Seniors | Safe & Gentle Core Strength Workout (Age 60+)

Welcome to this gentle Chair Pilates workout for seniors age 60+, designed to help you build core strength, improve posture, and move with more confidence — all while seated!

This beginner-friendly Pilates routine is perfect for older adults who:
✅ Can’t exercise lying down or standing
✅ Want to ease joint and spine stiffness
✅ Need safe, low-impact movements for balance, strength & coordination

In this session, we’ll use:
🔹 Deep breathing to activate the core
🔹 Proprioception exercises to improve body awareness
🔹 Gentle movements to support spinal health and mobility

These movements are designed to help with:
• Back pain and stiffness
• Joint pain and everyday aches
• Loss of balance or muscle control

💡 You can do this at your own pace. If something feels too difficult, take a break and come back when you're ready. Over time, your strength, balance, and energy will improve — because aging doesn’t have to mean decline.
