A&Z #974 - Randy Santel "Atlas" vs the World's Most Delicious Taco Challenge w/ Gator & Shrimp Rockin Tacos at Rockin Tacos Grill & Tequila Bar on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida!! @Katina Eats Kilos and I decided to kick off our 2021 food challenge touring in Florida, and our February Florida Tour turned into a February & March Florida Tour!! I attempted lots of food challenges all over the state of Florida. For final food challenge #57, we traveled back to Fort Walton Beach, Florida in the Florida Panhandle where we were earlier in the trip. There, I helped kick off and was the first person to attempt the new Rockin Tacos Challenge at Rockin Tacos Grill & Tequila Bar which was the world's most delicious taco challenge I've ever attempted!! I had 40 short minutes to finish TWO of each of the 10 specialty tacos on their menu. I was trying to win my $170 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt, a Rockin Tacos trophy, and the first spot on their Rockin Wall of Fame. Special thanks to everyone with Rockin Tacos for the amazing food, drinks, and hospitality!! Thanks also to the great people who came that morning to watch and meet Katina and I!! Rockin Tacos' World's Most Delicious Taco Challenge in Fort Walton Beach, Florida ($170):

- Rockin Tacos is part of The Boardwalk located on Okaloosa Island in Fort Walton Beach, Florida.
- They serve 10 different specialty tacos on their menu. For this taco challenge, you must finish TWO of each. Here are the 10 tacos from the menu with descriptions:
- Gator Tacos - Gator meat seasoned with Cajun spice, lightly fried and served over house slaw topped with chipotle aioli and finished with green onions.
- Cheeseburger Tacos - Seasoned Angus ground beef served over crisp shredded lettuce and cheddar jack cheese topped with diced tomatoes and taco aioli.
- Taco de Pollo - Grilled pulled chicken breast marinated in our house taco blend served over crisp shredded lettuce, topped with cheddar jack cheese, Pico de Gallo, and finished with cilantro crema and guacamole.
- Carnitas Tacos - Slow roasted, seasoned pork served over crisp shredded lettuce topped with pineapple-mango habanero salsa and finished with a smoked chipotle aioli.
- Baja Fish Tacos - Beer-battered white fish seasoned, lightly fried, and served over house slaw and topped with Pico de Gallo, finished with cilantro crema and guacamole.
- Taco de Pescado - Blackened or grilled fish served over house slaw, topped with spicy pineapple-mango habanero salsa.
- Rockin Shrimp Tacos - Domestic bay shrimp lightly fried, topped with our Rockin' sweet and spicy sauce, roasted red peppers, and fresh green onions served over our house slaw.
- Chicken Enchilada Tacos - House made tortillas filled with grilled pulled chicken breast, roasted red peppers topped with white wine queso sauce baked till bubbly hot then finished with cheddar jack cheese and cilantro.
- Steak Tacos - Grilled marinated tender steak with fajita spices served over crisp shredded lettuce and finished with pico de gallo, chipotle aioli, and guacamole.
- Caribbean Lobster Tacos - Caribbean lobster meat lightly seasoned, lightly fried, and served over house slaw. Topped with fresh pineapple, jerk-spice aioli, toasted coconut, and red pepper.
- Winners get the $170 taco meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Rockin Wall of Fame!!
