The Perpendicular Mandelbrot - A fractal zoom (8k 60fps)

Stunningly beautiful and deep! The Mandelbrot Set has a beautiful sister called "The Perpendicular Mandelbrot", and today she is making her Maths Town public debut. Rendered in stunning 8k 60fps, this is an epic video! To the best of my knowledge it is the deepest ever 8k fractal zoom, and deepest ever Perpendicular Mandelbrot zoom. The Perpendicular Mandelbrot is fascinating because the symmetry develops differently to the Mandelbrot Set. The patters still repeat, but you will notice that the symmetry is not of the rotational kind. This fractal is in the family of fractals that are made by adding wither the abs() function, or adding a negative sign, to the original equation. The Burning Ship (the ugly cousin) is also in this family. The fractals with the different symmetry are generally called the "perpendicular" ones.

I started rendering the data for this video in April and earlier this week I woke up and the CPU fans on my PC had gone quiet. Over 4 months of rendering (although I did other projects at the same time). The After Effects export and encoding in 8k took a further 55 hours or so. Sadly, I know there is a least one rendering error (hopefully I have fixed the problem with my software now).
