Fans go mad for Elton John

Elton John wowed fans with a surprise appearance in Rome fashioning a cowboy-inspired tasseled tweed jacket, printed trousers, red tinted sunglasses, a pastel frilled shirt and some gold bling. Elton, who's real name is was joined by husband David Furnish at a Gucci show in Roma, Italy.

The fans in Rome sounded shocked as he appeared out of his limo with other celebs in attendance including Naomi Campbell, Zoe Saldana and Korean singer Kai.
