I was a competitive swimmer for 13 years.
During my school days, I was an athlete who competed in the Japanese Championships.
I used to work as a personal trainer specializing in KAATSU Training.
Currently, I teach exercise online, and I incorporate the best parts of yoga into my exercises and stretches.
When I was a child, I was very complex about my appearance.
I did not like my face or my body shape.
However, many women have such problems with their bodies and faces.
I wanted to use my experience of having a complex about my body.
I wanted to increase the number of women who love themselves.
In order to increase the number of people who can age beautifully and healthily, I propose to people of all ages, from their 20s to 60s, to create a body that can energetically love itself.
