Don't Fear Hunger

Most people who come to bariatric surgery have had a terrible experience with hunger, so it's natural for them to do everything practical to avoid that disruptive, intrusive, almost painful sensation.
The good news is that after a Gastric Bypass or after a Sleeve there's a good chance that hunger will be more "tame" and that it can actually be a sensation that is appreciated, a sensation that one uses to stay in optimal metabolic balance.
