How I travel on One Meal A Day || 5 necessary items for my success

I have been traveling for 3 weeks and have another 2 to go. Everyday, to break my fast, I consume an "elixir" comprised of about 12 different supplemental powders. In this video I talk about how I prepared this elixir for my travels of over 30 days.
