Hyundai | Emission Impossible | KONA EV | Discovery

In 2019 Hyundai India collaborated with Discovery Channel team, along with mountaineer Ajeet Bajaj and adventure enthusiast Varun Mitra to take India’s first fully-electric SUV, Hyundai Kona Electric for a drive. With the intent of creating awareness about climate change, through it’s ‘Emission Impossible’ initiative.
The thrilling but arduous journey began in Lhasa and ended at the Mount Everest Base Camp.
Courtesy the drive, Hyundai Kona Electric showcased its range and zero emission prowess.
