No Sex with the Ex

The plaintiff says she broke up with the defendant after she caught him having sex with his ex. She claims he later jumped on her car and smashed her window, so she’s suing him for the cost. The defendant denies he was with his ex and says he was set up. He’s countersuing for unreturned property.
