Two Girlfriends and a Whole Lot of Problems

The plaintiff used to date the defendant, but she knew he was still in a relationship with someone else. She says she paid for an attorney for him when he got sent to jail and she loaned him money, but she has not been paid back, so she’s suing. The defendant argues he told the plaintiff from the get-go that he was conniving and she was only going to be a woman on the side. He’s countersuing for harassment.
