Drum Majors lead #march of the massed Highland #pipebands outside Drunrobin Castle #shorts
#shorts video showing the massed Scottish Highland Pipes and Drums playing "Shoals of Herring" on the march to Dunrobin Castle near Golspie village in Sutherland, Scotland. This was back in April 2019 as ten Highland bands gathered at the castle for a special charity fundraiser.
The leading Drum Major is Duncan MacDonald and the bands taking part were Sutherland Caledonian Pipe Band, Royal Burgh of Tain Pipe Band, Strathpeffer & District Pipe Band, Inverness RBL Pipe Band, Northern Constabulary Community (NorCon) Pipe Band, Dingwall Pipe Band, Queen's Own Highlanders Association Pipe Band, Nairn Pipe Band, Sutherland Schools Pipe Band and Badenoch & Strathspey Pipe Band.
