Written in 1929 and featured in the collection Poritran, the song explores the sudden, overwhelming grace of the divine or a cherished presence arriving like an unexpected breeze (Hathath Haway). Set to the rhythmic Dadra taal and composed in the enchanting Khambaj-Baul raag, it perfectly blends classical structure with the earthy devotion of Baul music.

This live performance took place during the "Praner Khela" musical evening organized by the Bengal Foundation at Bengal Shilpalay, Dhanmondi, Dhaka, on January 1, 2016. Laisa Ahmed Lisa's mesmerizing vocals are beautifully elevated by an ensemble of master musicians.
