大家好啊，我是盒C，今天帶給大家的是圓角的牛奶吐司，
這次的配方是朋友給的，完全的顛覆我之前做軟麵包必須
用牛奶為主要的水量，而且水量含量一般為70%，
這次挑戰85%的高水量麵包吐司，所以我建議大家儘量用
廚師機來揉麵團，手揉也是可以的，就是一定要多多耐心。

如果你烤出來，放涼會有塌陷，也不要擔心喔！這是完全的正常的，因為你的麵粉的蛋白含量低，做出來的就是會有這樣的結果。但是也是很好吃的

350g High Gluten Flour 高筋麵粉
25g Condensed Milk 煉乳
80g Water 水
180g Milk 牛奶
30g Butter 黃油
4g Yeast 酵母
3g Salt 鹽
5g butter for hand
