Rack of lamb is a perfect cut of meat to prepare in the wood oven. It cooks in a short period of time and develops a delicious flavour.

2 racks of lamb, each cut in half
Baste with butter, garlic cloves, and rosemary
Serve with cucumber and mint yogurt

Carrots with quartered shallots and thyme
Asparagus with garlic slices and mustard seeds
Roasted baby potatoes with garlic cloves and rosemary
