How to Open Lexus RX350 Door Panel?

To open a Lexus RX350 door panel, begin by gathering plastic trim removal tools, a Phillips screwdriver, and possibly a small pick. Start by locating and removing any hidden screws. Typically, there's a screw behind a small cover in the door grab handle or armrest, and sometimes another behind the interior door pull handle, often concealed by a small cap that needs to be carefully pried off. Once these screws are out, use your plastic trim tool to gently pry around the perimeter of the door panel. Start from the bottom or a corner and work your way around, releasing the plastic clips that hold the panel to the door frame. Be firm but gentle to avoid breaking the clips or scratching the paint. After all clips are disengaged, lift the entire panel upwards to clear the window channel. Finally, carefully disconnect any electrical connectors for the window switches, door lights, and speakers, as well as the door handle cables, before fully detaching the panel.
