STRONG IN 15 - Test Workout - Upper Body

Not sure if my brand new program, STRONG IN 15, is right for you?
Why not try one of my test workouts - this is an example of one of the UPPER BODY workouts.
The STRONG IN 15 program is 3 weeks, 5 workouts per week all around 15 mins.
That is 15 ALL NEW Workouts with the format:
- Upper Boday
- Glutes
- Mobility
- Lower Body
- Total Body
With BONUS recovery workouts for active rest days.

This program is designed for you if:
✅ You have a strong core foundation (completed pf PT, 8-week progression or similar program) and are ready for next steps.
✅ You want to build muscle but don't have 40-60 minutes to spend doing workouts.
✅ You are feeling in an exercise rut or bored with your current workouts and want to try something new.
✅ You are worried about losing muscle as you get older, but not ready to commit to long sessions in the gym
✅ You feel like your results have plateaued and you need to give you body something new to challenge it to respond
✅ You want to continue to work on your Diastasis without doing the same old boring core exercises
✅ You have (or can get) access to Dumbbells and bands

However, please note that this program is probably NOT for you if:
❌ Have never lifted weights before,
❌ Have not done foundational Core Rehab work,
❌ Are still leaking with lifting weights,
❌ Are dealing with chronic back or hip pain,
❌ Would consider your fitness level to be beginner, or
❌ If you don't have access to weights
