Cava: Miami's Best Tablao Flamenco & Spanish Buffet

We decided to check out Miami's Cava Tablao Restaurant and really enjoyed the food, sangria, atmosphere, and most importantly the flamenco dancing! Overall, it was so much fun and a great experience!

The food was a buffet style lunch with lots of choices of Spanish food including seafood, paella, tortilla, and lots of cheese and deli meats like chorizo and Serrano ham. Served with a bottle of wine or a pitcher of sangria.
The Flamenco show was the best part of the experience. It is about a half hour and is performed several times a day.. seating and showtimes should be checked out first on their website.
Valet parking is mandatory but only $5.

Tablaos tend to be decorated in a typically Spanish way with embroidered silk shawls, photographs of famous people, bullfighting clothes and capes. At a tablao they often serve drinks, they may offer samples of tapas, or dining on a full Spanish meal. The pricing structure of a tablao can be confusing and expensive, this varies by location and can be depending on if there is a entrance fee."
