Before we move on to the Straight line Technique - i wanted to share this quick technique to practice. It makes perfect sense but were so used to "closing our eyes!" So lets stop that shall we :) Give it a go, see what you think. Having the eye open does a few things:

It prevents creasing of the eyeshadow as eyes wrinkle when you close the eye.
It allows you to see what you're doing.
It shows you what your eyeshadow will look like as you don't walk around with your eyes closed.
It makes perfect sense :)

Give this a go and then i will share with you the straight line technique which will transform the way you do hooded, very hooded and downturned eyes.
