The power to override negative thoughts is always with you. Not always easy, but possible. And in this video, I share the mechanics I use to break the cycle of negative thoughts.
Mindfulness and learning to stop negative thoughts go hand-in-hand. In my experience, it takes willingness & detachment to observe your thought patterns. And your feelings are your best ally in addressing the negative thoughts. Why? Your feelings are the quickest way to get out of your head & into your body.
The ideas I offer in this video come from personal experience. I use this tool daily, and it has helped reduce negative thoughts.
