Breathing exercise for Stress relief - Calm your Mind

If you are feeling stressed, this simple breathing exercise will help you in relaxing your body.

As you continue to do this simple breathing exercise, it will help you to balance the Sympathetic and Parasympathetic Nervous System.

We will count to a total of 108 breaths in this mediation exercise.
When doing this breathing exercise - if you find yourself distracted or your mind starts to wander, gently bring yourself back into awareness and focus on your breath.
