Catching Big Bass (Spawn Bass Fishing) Roodekoppies Dam

In this episode I go out to Roodekoppies to catch pre spawn monsters that this spring season can offer us.

Roodekoppies dam is all the out North West side of South Africa, the dam is located in close to a town called Brits. The weather was great and we decided to take the drive to catch some spring spawning bass.

The day started out at the launch called Dennekruin Hengeloord, got the boat on the water and started fishing. We target the snotabella, and a highsinth looking structure. We caught a few on a 6th sense jerk bait and wacky rig senkos. The day started out great and we where really excited to more fish.

We traveled the dam looking for big bass that roodekoppies dam is known for. We found a back that looked like it might be holding some staging bass. A couple casts later we where on a really good fish. The day was slow but we had caught three really good fish aver one KG.
