"A WHITE SPORT COAT" - Marty Robbins Vocal Cover by Al Jackson

This song was written and released by Marty Robbins in 1957. This was my dad's favorite song, on the radio the year he graduated high school. He asked me to sing this for him, so I did this vocal cover in my studio several years ago and put it on a CD for dad. I was scrolling through my songs one day and decided to put a cute little video together for it, reflecting the 50's theme. This is the result. I hope you like it. My dad thought I sounded like Marty, but I'm not so sure. Marty was a true vocal treasure.. to say the least.
