Henri causes massive flooding to roads in New Jersey

Flash flood warnings remained in effect throughout the northeast Monday morning as rain from Henri, now a tropical depression continued to fall in the rain-saturated region. Henri made landfall at 12.15pm in Rhode Island Sunday as a tropical storm, and knocked out power for more than 140,000 people at its peak. It caused flash floods in New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut and New York and the threat remains. It came as severe flooding turned deadly in Tennessee on Saturday, when flash floods killed at least 22 people, with more than two dozen more missing.
