Tennessee: Floods wreak havoc, destroy homes and kill dozens

Two-year-old Kellen Cole Burrow was swept away in the deadly floods that struck Tennessee on Saturday. He is among the 10 still missing by Monday in the catastrophe that has killed at least 21 people. The floods came after 17 inches of rain fell over parts of Tennessee in a 24-hour period, which smashed the state's previous single-day record of 9.45 inches in 2010. An estimated 3,000 people remained without power.
