The Best Shoulder Mobility Exercise | Sleeper Stretch w/PAILs & RAILs

The absolute best shoulder mobility drill, IMO, is the sleeper stretch but with an added PAILs/RAILs contraction. Why? Because it works internal rotation with an added strength component to the shoulder. If you improve your internal rotation of the shoulder joint, you also most likely are increasing the other ranges of motion.
