Turning my Drill Press into a Milling Machine

Lately, I've been interested in machining and milling after watching Adam Savage on Tested have so much fun with it. I decided to dip my toe in that water by adding a cross slide vise and some end mills to my drill press. This is my first attempt at milling an actual useful part. I have had no training other than watching some YouTube videos on the subject. I may be doing this completely wrong but it's fun to try new things.
