Ingredients:
1) 1 can of Lychee
2) 8-15pcs Scallops

Crispy Batter:
1) Glutinous rice flour 20g
2) Rice flour 20g
3) Corn starch 20g
4) Cold water 60g
5) Salt 1/4tsp
6 White pepper 1/4tsp
