Evolving Ancient and Kim Dakjo + Showcase | Manhwa Legends

This video is a tutorial on how to solo-evolve the Ancient and Kim Dakjo units easily, especially since the game can be quite hard and grinding for RRs is tedious.

I used Ancient as my main DPS and Creator as my sub-DPS for these stages. It’s actually not the ideal setup since both units do reduced damage here, but I don't have many other options right now! I run the Swiftness trait on both Ancient and Creator so they hit twice every 4th attack.

Please also check the level of your units, since Creator’s damage scales from total unit levels as well as your player level (You need him level 100 for the latter). The amount of money that Mint will produce also scales on his level, and for Ancient’s max damage, you also need his max level. But rest assured, since you can just buy foods from the gold shop and feed them. You should have enough gold if you use the codes and sell all of the other units.

Also, if you don’t have the Creator unit, you can just use any support unit in the game, since Ancient deals the damage.

Chronicle Bridge Act 2 Guide:
Wave 1 - Summon Mint
Wave 2 - Summon Ancient near the first corner, and also summon another Mint
Wave 3 - Summon Ancient near the other Ancient first, then summon the last Mint, as well as 3 Creator units. Auto upgrade all. Start from 3 Mints to 2 Ancients and then 3 Creators
Wave 4 - 14 - Just AFK or do anything you want
Wave 15 - Regress one Ancient 4 times and the other one 3 times

Chronicle Bridge Act 3 Guide: (Note: The Ancient unit here is already evolved)
Wave 1 - Summon Mint
Wave 2 - Summon Ancient near the first corner, and also summon another Mint
Wave 3 - Summon Ancient near the other Ancient first, then summon the last Mint, as well as 3 Creator units. Auto upgrade 3 Mints and 2 Ancients
Wave 4 - 12 - Just AFK or do anything you want
Wave 13 - 14 - Regress one Ancient and max upgrade him
Wave 15 - Sell all Mints and regress the other Ancient then upgrade

Note: For the other evolution materials needed, you can get them from the challenges, or from the shop.

Unit Overview:

Ancient - A decent dps unit that can deal a lot of damage early on due to his Transmission passive. He will lose his Transmission passive after his first regression. Each regression upgrade costs 30% more than the previous regression upgrades. His zero regression costs 59,265 yen to max out. His 1st regression costs 77,044 yen to max out. So for the next regression, multiply 77,044 yen by x1.3. This is his major downside; he’s expensive to use on a normal run. I use Mint since I don’t have Lloyd, and I can only regress the 2 Ancients once, with the second one not max upgrade. Legend trait is necessary if you want to maximize his passive, but he’s still viable to other stages even without Legend trait.

Kim Dakjo - A good support unit once fully upgraded. He can timestop anyone inside his range with a cooldown of 300 seconds. This cooldown can be lower by 2 seconds per enemy that is affected by the ability. He’s 1 placement only so I believe that his ideal trait is Legend trait also. He needs 63,700 yen to be fully upgraded.
