Despair of Defeat trials:
1st Trial - Just talk to The Egoist NPC near the World Raid

2nd Trial - Score 10 goals. This can be achieved by finishing the new football event gamemode. You can do the infinite but it’ll take more time. For the gamemode, I suggest that you pick units based on their tag as it’ll reduce the chance of the ball getting stolen. You can see their synergy by looking at the lines between them, orange means bad/no synergy, while blue generally means good synergy. Do note that this will only reduce the chance of the ball getting stolen.

3rd Trial - Find 4 puzzle pieces across the lobby. Near Level Milestones NPC. Near Mysterious Witch NPC. At the top of the building near Universal Tear. Inside the World Raid Terminal.

4th Trial - Have 5 Boundless units and win the new football gamemode. To do this, head to the normal mode. I suggest that you pick a defensive formation, since there’s a lot of defender boundless units. Just don’t pick a formation where the majority are midfielders.

5th Trial - Evolve Blue Rose. You can get him and his evolution material at the new football gamemode.

6th Trial - Perform a chemical reaction between The Egoist and Blue Rose. This can be performed with an unevolved The Egoist. You can get him as a reward by clearing the 3rd Trial. To do this, just go to an infinite story mode, and max both of them.

The new blitz mode is similar to the previous blitz mode. The only change that I can think of is that the new mode now has a random enemy at the start. Which is why I used The Strongest of Today and Ice Queen units.

For the football mode infinite, your current team will be used. They’ll be max level so I don’t recommend bringing farm units. Do note that any universal units need to be upgraded using money.

Blue Lock units relics:
Ace Eater - Sorcerer Hunter Set and Spider Hero Mask
King Footballer - Warlord Set and All-Seeing Eye
Blue Rose - Super Hero Set and Heaven Piercer Pendant
The Egoist - Warlord Set and Heaven Piercer Pendant
Demonic Footballer - Fusion Set and Heaven Piercer Pendant

I didn’t build the Inazuma units since I think they won’t make that much impact on the game.

Unit Overview:

Ace Eater - A good farm and delay unit. He can be used as a solo farm, but you’ll need an early cheap defender. I suggest putting him near the enemy spawn and setting his priority to last.

King Footballer - A unit that doesn’t rely on critical attacks. His critical rate can’t be buffed, but he’ll gain +2% damage for every 1% effect res or hyper armor on him. With the right build you can give him a really high damage. His kit is basically just about him getting more damage and doing more damage. Warlord Set has a villain tag, while All-Seeing Eye has both villain and king tag.

King Footballer x Ace Eater - This chemical reaction uses King Footballer’s build. This unit will gain +2.5% damage instead of +2%. This unit also has support and stall in its kit. It also has a special attack that will deal +500% damage. Triggering that attack 3x will cause the units to return to their original form.

Blue Rose - A unit that can support rose units. It also has a kit that will deal a lot of damage. Also, he leaves thorns for each attack; these thorns will apply slow and DoT.

Blue Rose x The Egoist - Takes Blue Rose’s build. This unit is quite a tricky one, where they’ll score based on the enemy type on their range. Personally speaking I would only use this if there’s a boss on range since Blue Rose’s effect will activate and it’s much better.

The Egoist - A unit that doesn’t get any crit damage on relics. Has a base crit rate of 75%, every 1% crit rate over will give this unit a +3% crit damage. He also supports water units. Has two abilities that can give him more dps. But his metavision ability is currently broken, where he’ll instead have a -95% crit damage.

The Egoist x King Footballer - Takes The Egoist’s build. Has a base crit rate of 40%. Can dish out good damage, but it takes a lot of luck to do that.

Demonic Footballer - This is a quirky unit that relies on fast attacks. A bit tricky to use but beginner friendly.

For the Inazuma units, Axel is a burn unit, and Shiro is a unit that can transform once his ability condition is met.

I forgot to include, but the blitz also rewards 2 new skins.
