357th Kidney and 144th Liver donation from Surat through Donate Life
This was first ever green corridor of 260 kms between Surat & Ahmedabad in Gujarat to send Kidney and Liver at IKDRC Ahmedabad with the help of Police Department.
The green corridor was made between six districts — Surat city, Surat Rural, Bharuch, Vadodara Rural, Anand, Ahmedabad Rural and Ahmedabad city with the support of local police of all these districts due to which the distance of 260kms was covered in just 2.55 hours.
We salute parents of Cadaver Organ Donor Lt. Yesha Bharatbhai Mangukiya for their brave decision to donate the precious organs of their beloved daughter after doctors declared her brain dead.
