Thought it'd be fun to doucment everything (well I missed somethings hahah) I eat in a week, show my usual workouts when not doing challenges...and just catch up on a more personal side. I do get lots of qyestions about how I stay lean, so I'm going to start do a better job of documenting my own diet & workouts as well to help you guys fall more in love with fitness & food :)
We talk struggles, taking time to enjoy food, some of my favourite healthy meals...and we don't do cheat-meals here but trust me theres lots of yummy soul food! Enjoy :)
