Uganda's EALA representatives disagree on term and age limits for leaders
Ugandan representatives at the East African legislative assembly have clashed during a debate on democracy. Uganda’s representative Nusura Tiperu moved a motion ahead of the international day of democracy scheduled for 15 September after which MP Fred Mukasa Mbidde made a statement on leaders who cling to power. His remark drew reactions from NRM representatives.
