Cabrillo Beach in Santa Barbara, California is absolute money. Combine the beautiful Mediterranean climate of Santa Barbara with the stretch of Cabrillo Beach and you get the feel of Southern California and the Med simultaneously.

The way the mountains provide the backdrop to the beach reminds me of Crete while the palm trees that line the landscape from one end of the beach to the other provides that SoCal feel. Love it.

Along the beach, every Sunday, the city hosts its famous Arts and Craft show. Local artists set up their own stands along Cabrillo Blvd and showcase their art. It's really impressive the variety of artwork that can be found, from photography, to paintings, to sculptures, to jewelry -just an awesome experience to see these artists in action. For many, this is how they make a living.

The Beach Show has been a Santa Barbara staple for almost sixty years now and any visit to this beautiful city is not complete without taking part of your Sunday to enjoy this show.
