Akai Force: Ambient tutorial 2. Field recordings, Looping pad, track arrangement and macros.

In this video i take you out into the parklands in my local area where i get some field recordings then use them for creating an ambient track on the Akai Force.
Also show how i create a seamless looping pad outside of the Force and how to use the random function in a drum program to create some variation in the track.

There a couple of loops and one shots along with other field recordings you can use to pull out what you want.

If you want to follow along the samples used are:
Ambient bird loop: Birds background loop
Creek loop: Water loop
One shot birds: Whip Bird 1, Cockatoo, Bird 1
Unfortunately i can't share the pad loop as it was created using synth presets.

Notes:
I ended up removing all Attack and Release amp envelope from the pad loop as i was bringing the volume in and out with the macro.
The Pitch Shifter plugin i ended up bringing the mix down to 15%.
This is just how i get the foundation for the track down, i end up doing more mixing and tweaking before i get the final track.
