As always these are the way I was brought up. Recipes from my mom, grandma, aunt, great grandma. I understand you or someone close to you makes it different. But let’s celebrate we all have bomb food! 🙌🏻

What you will need (for 2 people and a 6yr old)

6-7 pieces of Bistec
Half of regular bacon pack
4 bunches of green onion

For sauce
10 tomatillos (I used 4 big and 6 small)
4 serranos
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tablespoon Beef bullion (to taste)
Finger size of dried oregano
Finger size of ground cumin
1/4 of cilantro bunch
1-2 cups of water (chicken or beef stock if you have available)

To garnish
2 bunches of Radishes (optional)
3/4 of Cilantro bunch
1 Onion
Lime
1 Avocado (optional)
