David Bowie - Moonage Daydream (Solo Cover, Mick Ronson)

Thanks for 20k views! I feel I've come some way since filming this nearly a decade ago, but shall keep this video up because celebrating Bowie's music and Ronson's playing is always worthwhile. Anyway this was my attempt at one of my favourite solos of all time, originally played by the powerhouse that is Mick Ronson. I was nowhere near his level (and never will be) but it's an extremely cathartic and borderline-therapeutic solo to play so I'd highly recommend giving it a go.

I can't read sheet music or tab so can't offer those I'm afraid, but there's probably tons floating around the net far more accurate than my interpretation!

EQUIPMENT: Fender Jaguar Classic Player HH + the 'lead' setting on a virtual amp that came with my ancient version of Cubase (since upgraded to a Vox AC15, but the virtual one was suffice at the time!)
