The SlanTIS Coil Binding Sleeves are design that make large document coil binding much easier.

The SlanTIS Coil Binding Sleeves are available in seven sizes to handle documents from 1-1/2” to 2” thick.

The SlanTIS sleeves are designed to create and maintain the curve of the spine while inserting coil. It also angles of the holes in the document to match the slanted angle of the coil from one loop to the next.

To use simply drop your large coil document into the corresponding size sleeve and jog the document in place. Start the coil like you would normally do and use your coil inserter to spin the coil into the document.

SlanTIS Coil Binding sleeves can also be used with the Unique EZ Flex binding system. This system was designed with Slant-tis covers in mind.

One big factor in simplifying binding documents larger than 1" or 25 mm is to switch to a 3:1 pitch oval punching die. The larger pitch diameter will make coil binding much easier on larger documents.
