The Akiles Finish@Coil-E1 is one of the easiest coil finishers to use that you can find in the market today. It is designed with one goal in mind, providing the maximum productivity with quality results while requiring minimum efforts from the operator.

This electric roller inserter is foot pedal activated, which allows the operator the use of both hands while having control of the roller.

And a U-shaped alignment channel assists the operator to properly shape the document's spine, for faster & easier coil insertion

The full length inserting rollers provides high friction making this inserter one of the easiest-to-use. And the adjustable bottom roller makes it easy to insert coils of different sizes, even the extra-large ones.

Furthermore, the built-in electric coil crimper will make your coil binding experience easier and faster than ever.

Forget about using the cumbersome manual coil crimper that tires your wrist.

With the Finish@Coil-E1, the built-in electric coil crimpers provide consistent & perfect crimps on all coil sizes up to 50mm with a simple press of foot-pedal.

To operate, simply start the first couple loops of coil by hand. Hit the foot pedal to start the roller spinning and tap the coil against the roller. The coil automatically spins into the holes that were punched in the document.

To complete the binding process, simply insert the end of the coil into the crimping tool and hit the foot pedal.

The unit has an automatic mode selection sensor; the operator can set the machine on AUTO mode, which automatically switches foot-pedal operation between “Insert” and “Crimp” with the built-in sensor.

If desired the unit can also be set in manual operation mode, this will allow the operator to choose between “Insert” and “Crimp” action when the foot pedal is pressed.

The synchronized roller / crimper adjustment makes it easy to set the correct roller position & crimper angle for different coil sizes.

And the adjustable crimper head mechanism adjusts for perfect crimp result in all coil sizes.

Added features on the Finish@Coil-E1 unit include: A “coil pitch identifier” it will verify the coil pitch is the same as the punched document.

A diameter scale to help verify the coil diameter.

And a diameter selector, to best select the correct coil diameter size to the thickness of your document.

Designed to work as a stand-alone unit, but it is small enough to sit on top of most punching machines.
