How to do pull-ups/chin-ups

1. You need strength in both back & biceps
2 back exercises & 2 biceps
- BACK: Lat pulldowns + Narrow grip pull-downs
- BICEPS: Biceps curls + Hammer curls

2. You have to start somewhere.
- Technique: eyes up, chest up, elbows down

3. ‘Jump up n’ hold’-reps
- Jump up and hold your body weight 1-3s on the way down, jump up again

4. Resistance Band pull-ups/chin-ups
- Your foot
- Your knee

5. Body weight pull-ups/chin-ups

Don’t pressure yourself too much in the beginning. Take it slow and step by step.
