Did you know there exist beings that are made up of at least 40 different other beings? Well, now you do. These modern-day Frankenstein trees are something to behold! No lightening is involved in their creation, but decades and decades of love. And grafting. And in this animation, I'm going to cover the basics of artist Sam Van Aken's arboreal creations! While these are not monsters, they are very creepy cool in their own way, and quite important, too!
