200g elbow macaroni
100g any kind of protein (chicken, deli , ...)(chopped)
1 large bell pepper (diced or chopped)
1 large carrot (diced or chopped)
4 pickles (diced or chopped)
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup green onions (I didn't have it, but you should add. It makes it phenomenal)

Sauce :
1/4 cup any kind of mayo (garlic mayo is the best for this recipe)
1/4 cup yoghurt (greek yoghurt is the best option)(if you don't have yoghurt, go with mayo, but add enough lemon juice to it so it won't be too fatty)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt
Pepper
Add water to a pot ( for peas, carrots, and macaroni). First, cook peas and carrots because they take more time to be cooked completely. Add macaroni and cook according to your liking. Refrigerate until they become completely cold. Make the sauce by combining mayo (garlic mayo is the best option), yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Combine all the ingredients, and you can garnish it with the rest of the deli or some parsley.
You can serve this in wine glasses for parties with some crackers on top.
